Carmelita Yalcin is a psychology major with a minor in public health, going into her senior year at Gallaudet University. She has a strong passion for mental, behavioral, and health psychology, especially in the areas of health equity, accessibility, and health communication. She is an advocate for better well-being in diverse Deaf communities that truly deserves it. With previous research experience and certification in related areas, she is ready to contribute her skills and knowledge to meaningful projects.
